A Game of Poker

John and Phil were students, at the same university and had been sharing a flat for around six months. They had not previously known one another but had met as a result of Phil answering John's advert seeking someone to share. Life was good for the boys, in their first year away from home, and apart from the usual money problems, which afflict the young; everything was going well. Separate bedrooms meant that they could entertain as many young girls as their stamina would permit, which for both of them was a significant number by anyone’s standard. At nineteen years of age they were at the height of their potency and didn't want to waste a moment. Both guys were athletically built, taking part in as many sporting activities as their studies would allow. One evening when money was tight and, for once, there was little by way of female company, studies or television to create any interest for the boys, they found themselves at a loose end wondering what to do.
