A Machine

It was the day after my birthday, and now I am old enough to drink in a bar. It was early evening, so I decided to walk down a few blocks to a neighborhood bar. It was quiet inside and I sat at the bar on a bar stool and ordered a beer. An older man was sitting just down from me and he started talking to me. We talked about a lot of things and he was quite interesting. Finally we got on the subject of his hobby, he likes to make mechanical robots. It was interesting to learn how he made simple machine robots at first and now had some that walk and move their arms.Then suddenly he asked if I would like to come over to his house and see the robots. I was cautious. I had already had 4 beers and was feeling kind of drunk. Finally, I agreed to go with him.We arrived at his rather big home and he produced another beer for me. He then took me to his shop and showed me all of these marvelous robots he had made over the years. It really was quite amazing.Suddenly, he asked me if I liked sex. I slowly answered, “Sure, but...” He laughed, “not with me, I am a lot older than you are.” I felt relieved. I had never been approached about sex, so I didn't know what to say.
